Union Bank holds 15th board meeting

The 15th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC took place at the bank’s head office in Dhaka on Sunday (January 19).

The meeting was chaired by Mr Md Fariduddin Ahmed, chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank, says a press release.

Mr Md Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Mr Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Independent Directors Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid and Mr Mohammad Saiful Alam, and Managing Director (CC) Mr Shafiuddin Ahmed were also present at the meeting.
