United Finance holds 230th board meeting

The newly constituted Board of Directors of United Finance PLC, recently held its 230th board meeting.

The meeting was attended by the newly elected Chairman, Mr. Najmul Hasan and new Directors, Mr. Moinuddin Hasan Rashid, Mrs. Mahenoor Sultana Rashid, Mr. Kutubuddin Akhter Rashid, Mr. Khondaker Zayed Ahsan and Mr. Kayes Khalil Khan as well as by the existing Director, Mr. Ormaan Rafay Nizam, Independent Directors, Mr. Mohammed Mahbubul Alam and Professor Dr. Mahfuzul Hoque and the Managing Director, Mr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, according to a media release.
