Uttara Bank holds 41st AGM, declares 30pc dividend

Uttara Bank PLC declared a 30 per cent (17.50 per cent cash and 12.50 per cent stock) dividend for 2023 and passed the Annual Report-2023 along with the profit and loss account in its 41st Annual General Meeting held on Thursday with the help of a digital platform.

The meeting was presided over by Mr Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, said a media statement.

Mr Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, Managing Director and CEO, and other directors also attended the meeting.

The shareholders, connected virtually, expressed their satisfaction with the bank's overall development.
