Uttara Bank holds conference on prevention of money laundering

Uttara Bank PLC recently organised a conference on ‘Branch Managersʼ Conference & Conference on Prevention of Money Laundering-2024’ at The Westin Dhaka.

Mr Azharul Islam, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, attended the event as the chief guest on Saturday last, according to a press release.

The conference was presided over by Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, managing director & CEO of the bank.

Badrunnesa Sharmin Islam, director of the board, deputy managing directors Maksudul Hasan, Md Abul Hashem (CAMLCO), and Md Ashraf-uz-Zaman, Md Rezaul Karim, along with higher executives and all Branch Managers (BAMLCO), were also present in the conference.
