WE all know about the proverb that "early bird catches the worms" which illustrates the benefit of early rising.
Early rising has many positive impacts on human health. If we get up early the world around us looks serene and peaceful.
The morning breeze soothes our heart and cools our mind. If we get up early, we get a long day ahead of us and it seems we have all the time in the world and we can do a plenty of jobs.
First of all, early rising provides us plenty of time for morning prayers, physical workouts and slow and complete breakfast which is very important for a working man.
We can start our day earlier and utilise our time more fruitfully. If we rise early, we can start for our workplace early and avoid traffic jam on the way.
Early hours are always pleasant for commuting from one place to another.
Early rising is actually a matter of habit and if we can acquire this habit, there will be plenty of benefits for us to enjoy in our life.
