In response to today's youth's growing interest in entrepreneurship, Grameenphone hosted the 'Jelay Jelay Uddokta' event as part of its esteemed Grameenphone Accelerator program.
On 17 February 2023, the 'Grameenphone Accelerator Info Session' took place at KUET in collaboration with Startup Bangladesh, emphasising Grameenphone's commitment to nurturing promising startups through mentorship and funding opportunities. The event featured guest speaker Mehedi Hasan, Founder of Startup Khulna, who shared invaluable insights into the program's initiatives and achievements.
Throughout the session, the spotlight was on the impactful endeavours of the Grameenphone Accelerator Program. Mehedi Hasan eloquently illuminated the program's significant contributions, citing successful graduates such as Sheba XYZ, CMED Health, Repto, and Cramstack.
The enthusiastic participation of KUET students highlighted their keen interest in learning about the program and their aspirations to become future entrepreneurs, affirming that entrepreneurship resonates deeply within the modern-day university community.
In a video message, Bushra Mehreen, Regional Head (Khulna) at Grameenphone Ltd., encouraged KUET students to embrace new initiatives and actively engage with the Accelerator program, fostering a culture of innovation and daring entrepreneurship.
The presence of Md graced the event. Jubaer Rahman Tayef, President of KUET Career Club, and Shahriyar Aziz, General Secretary of KUET Career Club. The session culminated in a lively photo session, marking a triumphant conclusion to the engaging and inspiring event. Volunteer For Bangladesh, Khulna University Career Club, North Western University Career Club and Islamic University Career Club were the club partners of the event.
